During checkout as well as entering your billing address there is also an option to enter a separate delivery address. These addresses are also stored in your account for future use if you have set one up.
Orders can also be sent to your place of work should this be more convenient.
If you would like to reorder a product from a previous order and you have an account then click the account link in the top right of our sitewhich can be found in the top left menu and visit the my account section. When logged in you will find all your orders under the order management section.
Should you receive a message saying that no account can be found then this probably means you completed your order as a guest. If this is the case then please contact us with your email address and previous order ID and we will email you a temporary link so you can reorder.
Our standard delivery option uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 which can take 3-5 delivery days to arrive after dispatch although in some cases it can take longer as this is not a guaranteed service.
If your order is time sensitive then we would always recommend using our next day or Saturday delivery options.
Should your order not arrive within the estimated delivery time then please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Please note that some items may be too large to fit through a standard letter box and if this is the case you should be left a calling card.
