All our glassware can be customised online and is engraved by us in the UK. Plus all personalised glassware comes with free delivery on orders over £40.
Your glassware will be packed in strong packaging ensuring it arrives in perfect condition and will be ready for dispatch in 24 hours. Once your glassware has been dispatched you will receive an email letting you know your personalised glassware is on it's way.
When you place your order you are given the choice of 4 delivery options

Your order will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and once dispatched you will receive an email containing tracking information. Royal Mail will also notify you by email and/or SMS of your estimated delivery date.

Your order will be sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed for delivery the next working day after dispatch (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays). Dispatch confirmation containing tracking information will be emailed once Royal Mail have collected your parcel. Signature is required on delivery.
